Over all it’s a great place, the only problem I have is, that maintenance is slow at getting requests done, and security door is sometimes broken

Is a quiet place and administration care about the tenants needs and the community the picnic area is a amazing place for families and kids

1 star is generous. Both pools are not working.
There is no gyms in the buildings and they are too cheap to put in commercial equipment so people wont steal the weights when they did have one.
Dog park us a joke. Its a pile of rubble that that is very dangerous for anyone.
So called walking/riding paths again not maintained.
The laundry rooms are disgusting because of the untainted trash shoot. I cant even tolerate the smell to use the trash shoot much less do laundry. Yes I take my... trash to the basement.
The basement/parking garage smells, leaking pipes, and busted concrete.
You have to be on a bi-weekly pest control or you have roaches.
Office personal will out right lie to your face.
Do not believe what you see in the photos of the units. Most have not been fully remodeled. Some have carpet, some don't. Some have updated kitchens and bathrooms, some don't.

So far I’ve really enjoy living here. The people who work at the office are very nice. My apartment has everything I was looking for and more.

The amenities are basically non-existent. Lots of people around the building vandalizing basic things like building door handles. And not getting repaired for weeks. Laundry machines out of order for ages because the property wonprovide the parts for the csc laundry company. Not enough areas around Building D to dispose of dog waste leading to many people not picking up after their dogs. Rent is cheao, but for good reason.
