I have lived here at Tiki Apartments since October of 2013 and I can tell you that I have had the best experience here at Tiki Apartments, a lot has happened in the World and in the State of Minnesota, between 2013 and 2026 and the management here at Tiki Apartments has been excellent. They have worked with me, they have answered every maintenance call on time. Walmart is less than a mile away. I love living in Tiki Apartments.

Nice, quiet, and clean place with very knowledgeable manager.
Just moved here with my family not too long ago and it's been very nice. Our manager is very friendly. We live in a area that's little bit away from the main city but we got nice privacy with a nice kid's playground, picnic area with a grill and a basketball court and spacious parking lot. And I hope that anyone who is in search of apartment, may find this little bit useful. And lots of good luck for new home.

Nice property I like it
Been living at tiki apts for 7 years when there something that need to be fixed they are on it. The manager here Laura is so sweet and kind . I loved how beautiful. She making the property looks. The maintenance guy Oskar oh man he stay bizzy you call for any repairs he’s there.

Terrible
Rude office staff. I moved in because it was affordable. Rent keeps going up but service keeps going down. Washers/dryers always broken. Very outdated and not worth the money

Great value for the space!
I moved here because the price was great for the location. Close to everything and a great central location for the Twin Cities. No place is perfect but if I ever had an issue it was resolved immediately. It's obvious the management care about people. That's what I was looking for. A nice personal touch that is hard to find. The caretaker was just that, someone who cared. My job made me relocate otherwise I would have never left.
