While there are always drawbacks to apartment living, management has been working to fix problems and are very approachable. For the most part fellow tenets are very nice and respectful of others

The management does a horrible job taking care of the multiple problems (cockroaches, rats, bad pipes, smoke smell, dirty everything, and no heads up when maintenance occurs). Do not recommend this place to literally anyone unless you expect absolutely no help what so ever when it comes to problems you will run into.

As a resident I’m very impressed with the professionalism of the staff from the front office to the maintenance crew. They communicate well and respond quickly to any inquiries put to them. The facilities are wonderful and very well maintained.
I love my apartment as I get lots of natural light that accentuates the volume of my place.
I highly recommend South Pointe Apartments to anyone looking for a place to live.
