I've lived here for a year (so far) and have had a great experience. The neighborhood has felt safe, management is friendly, and there's an area of open grass on the property perfect for lounging. The buildings were built in the '60s and are showing their age some, but I haven't had much for maintenance problems. I spent ages apartment shopping before I settled on this place and I can attest that the cost of rent here is very decent compared to others in the area.

Review
Very well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly. The apartment is very close to major highways. Schools and library is just around the corner. I'm very happy with the management staff. They have solved all my issues and misunderstandings ??. Overall I am having the best experience here comparing to my previous apartments.

Concord Green
This is a great building ,if you want a quick walk to city bus stops, many nearby restaurants, and it's close to schools (Kennedy High School and Normandale college). Unlike most apartments we have a community room, an indoor pool, and a computer room that's available to the residents. There is an easy access to 494 & 35W highways. This apartment is 5 minutes away from the airport and 5 minutes away from the Mall Of America, which is very convenient for shopping and traveling. The management... team is friendly and helpful.They are even willing to deliver your packages to your doors. This apartment has a ground keeper and care takers to keep the areas clean. To conclude, come and rent at concord green where the grass is always green!
