Do not rent here, if you value privacy! Mgmt make excuses to enter units every month or two with very little notice. Halls always smell of dog urine. Appliances barely work. Oven won’t work while stovetop is on. Fridge/freezer seals are weak and stay open. Microwave sparks and sputters. No garbage disposals. No GFI outlets near sinks. Garage STINKS of garbage and smell gets in car fabrics. Parking lot and sidewalks are dangerous in winter, don’t plow well or often. They up-charge all the fees,... even after a lease has been signed. Poor communication. What’s positive? It’s quiet. Location to freeway. That’s it. I’ve been a renter for 50 years. This is my worst experience in a rental! Do not recommend!
