I have lived here for 5 years, I love it great place and community to raise your family in. Close to a lot of the essential places parks, stores and restaurants. They upgraded all the appliances no more coins operated laundry all new.

The units are spacious and have two bathrooms. These units have in unit laundry, currently(2018) priced at $1.25 wash and $1.00 dry. The washer and dryer themselves are at least 10 years old.
The windows are poor quality, so large amounts of heat and cooling loss occur increasing the electric and gas bills.
The units have ineffective forced air ductwork. Best places to be warm in winter or cool in summer is in the upstairs bathroom or the walk-in closet behind the bathroom in the 3 bedroom unit... or the not master bedroom in 2 bedroom unit.
The description is incorrect. There is no disposal or pantry in the kitchen. The equipment in the playground is in constant disrepair. Read More
