Price and location GREAT
I’ve been in a Lily unit at The Meadows for a while now and honestly the office and maintenance crew make this place easy to live in. Staff has been kind and actually follow through, and maintenance shows up fast and fixes stuff without the runaround. Private entrance, washer and dryer in the apartment, and enough green space for the dog keeps it feeling more like a neighborhood than a typical complex.
Rent is fair for what you get around Ypsi and Ann Arbor, and I haven’t had any real issues... that didn’t get handled. If you’re looking for a quiet 1-bedroom that doesn’t nickel-and-dime you and staff that treats you like a person, I’d recommend this place without hesitation.

Love living there move just moved out due to Family getting big. New management is amazing. Community is quiet.

I feel like I'm up North!
They just did a face lift and I feel like I'm up north. There is wash and dryers in the units and tall ceilings in the living/kitchen.
