The ladies in the office are always a pleasure to work with, and the pool is great. The building maintenance is timely, and notifications are sent out anytime work is being done on the buildings or the parking lots. The only real negative is that there's no working heating or cooling in the buildings.

The property is older but clean and very well maintained. The respectful and professional maintenance team usually respond to Work orders within 24 hours. The location is ideal. It’s next to Eastern University, St. Josephs Hospital and Washtenaw Community College. It’s peaceful and yet there is a life from the wonderful neighbours who reside at River Drive Apartments. The apartments are spacious and well thought out. However, I would inquire about your particular unit and building because they... do vary. River Drive Apartments are very dog friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

I absolutely love living here! The entire office team goes above and beyond to make this community feel like home. They are always so kind, helpful, and responsive whenever I need anything.
What truly stands out to me is the personal touch—they remember not only my name, but my boys’ names as well. That level of care means so much and really shows how much they value their residents.
It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely seen and appreciated, and this team creates that experience... every day. I’m so grateful to be part of such a warm and welcoming community. Thank you all for everything you do!

I've lived here for about 6 months now and I'm pretty happy overall. The heat works great (windows are a bit drafty) and is covered by the apartment, the A/C is also covered but I've yet to see how that works.
The building I live in is quiet and my neighbors seem pretty nice. The balcony is gorgeous and the grounds are pretty well maintained.
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I feel like the bugs are a lot more common here than anywhere else I've lived. For the most part the... bugs I've run into are boxelder bugs which are totally harmless and generally just fumble around minding their own business, but we have had some spiders and the likes floating around as well. It's annoying for sure, but nothing huge.
