New Renter Satisfaction!
I was looking to move from the West Coast back East and fell upon the Laurel Bay Apartments. The Lake views Immediately caught my attention with how beautiful and breathtaking it looked. Wound up visiting family and drove through the small community to see how the apartments looked, were set up, and if it would be suitable for me. Enjoyed the fact that there are only four units per building so not too many neighboring noises to worry about. Spoke with Sara the apartment leasing manager.... She runs her own ship and is very helpful with customer service being on above and beyond! Quickly got me all the paperwork sent over with great details about the property that definitely matched up what I saw in person. My unit will be fully renovated so prices vary per unit. Very affordable for any single parent or small families looking to get back on their feet in a relatively safe area as well. Park access and many areas to walk and explore!

Hopefully better experience than me
I put in a maintenance request first week I moved in for multiple things. It's been 6 months and still no help. There is water damaged from the leak in the sink and the toilet does not work properly. But no help

Comfy spot
i just moved in to Laurel Bay Apartments. The staff is friendly, and will work to keep us happy. As a young, single woman with kids, I feel safe in my place.
