This living space occupies the majority of the second floor in... a large brick home that was originally owned by the Platt family from which the street in Ann Arbor (Platt Road) is named.
The living space boasts three large bedrooms all of fairly equal size. A large and well-appointed kitchen. Stately hallway connecting bedrooms and a long staircase leading down to the lower foyer and front door. Basement comes complete with in-unit laundry and some additional storage. The pictures likely speak for themselves.
Tenants pay for gas for boiler and water heater and electricity. It's a large space so you should likely budget about $200/month for gas and electric. Property owner pays for water. There is no central air conditioning.
All parking is on-street so you'll need to get parking passes from the City of Ypsilanti and they cost about $40/year.
The apartment's last tenants were there for eight years and its just coming off a major refreshment. The space should be ready for occupancy in the middle to late summer. There's some flexibility in this regard.
