I love the fact that this is a quiet, small, and wooded community. Management has been updating and renovating apartments and now they are allowing pets which I love. Maintenance is on-site and very responsive to my requests.

I have been living at woodcreek for a long time and when we need things fixed they come out and fix it and they are good about doing that..I give woodcreek a five star... thanks for the work you do to keep up with the maintenance.

Current tenants and this place is awful. Been waiting almost 2 years (since we moved in) for damaged screens to be replaced, they do nothing about the neighbors that are constantly making noise past noise ordinance and they charge you for pest control even if you didn't cause the problem. They never finish a job fixing anything and take up to weeks to "fix" the simplest of matters. They are just money hungry sharks that care nothing for their tenants. They are rude when you go in to their... office to report an issue that needs to be fixed, they haven't updated lighting in these places since they were built so unless your slider blinds and window blinds are always open during the day, it will be dark. There is rarely any hot water in the evenings, they play favorites with tenants even if they violate terms of the lease agreement for offenses worthy of eviction stated on the lease. They never properly shovel or plow parking lot in the winter or salt or shovel the walkway to the front doors. This place is awful and if we could afford to move, we would be out of here. It suck the air conditioner dose not work they don't repair stuff like they should when we first move in we told them we need in screens they never fixed them
