I’ve been living in this apartment complex for 14 years, and it has undergone significant changes. The rent increases are outrageous, and they refuse to address necessary repairs. My dishwasher is burnt and outdated, and they won’t replace it. My sink is broken, and they won’t fix it either. My porch is currently falling apart, and they promised to give me a new one, but they only renovated the front of the complex and half of the back.

The entire concept of a “gated community” is a complete... lie. The walk-up and drive-up gates are always broken, either stuck or non-functional. We don’t have locks on our doors, so anyone can easily enter the basement, which doesn’t have a working lock. We had someone living in our basement with furniture and belongings, and people broke into our storage units to steal our stuff. The basement also floods during heavy rains, causing damage to our clothes. They don’t care about this.

Last summer, during the extreme heat, they took two days to fix the air conditioning. When we experienced extreme cold weather and a snowstorm, we called the office and sent me straight to voicemail.

I love the area, you can walk to target, the movies, a few restaurants, etc. office is pretty nice and if it's a serious maintenance thing they get to it right away. I will say they seem to take care of the office side of the apartments much better than the Yale side. Other than that we've been pretty happy here.

The people in the office are not responsive. Talked to someone in the office and told them I was coming up and they were gone before I could get there. They allow tenants to have their cats in the hallways. Complained about someone's cat running into my apartment and office did nothing.

I love my apartment because its spacious, gated and only two floors. I live in the area where everything you could think of is close to get too, restaraunts, malls, and movie theater. I can actually get away with not having a car, places are so close. Maintenance is always prompt when I need them. The only thing my complex could do better on is the washer and dryer, there is only one each and they dont clean or dry well. Other than that, I love it!!!! Been living there for almost two years now.
