Don and Julian, the maintenance guys, do an excellent job, especially when you consider the size of Fountainvew Terrace
The only problem , I have with Fountainvew, is the property has no surveillance, ... other than the office and the pool area.

Great place to live.
I moved here in April 2025 and absolutely love it. Lisa, the property manager, is awesome—she was so helpful throughout the application process and made my transition from a house to an apartment much easier. I can still hear her reassuring me, “Everything will be fine.” I truly appreciate her kindness and support.
The maintenance staff is also amazing—they keep the grounds clean and the lawn beautifully maintained, which is greatly appreciated. The building itself is very quiet, and the... neighborhood has so much to offer. You’re surrounded by shops, markets, restaurants, and laundry services. For exercise, there are plenty of places to walk your pet or ride your bike.
It really doesn’t get better than this. Thanks again, Lisa, for your kindness and reassurance!

Great place to live
I recently moved in to Fountainview Terrace and I love it here. Our apartment Manager Lisa has been such a big help as I adjust to moving out of my childhood home and i definitely recommend to anyone looking.

Peace of mind
My Daughter recently moved into your apartment, and I am thrilled ! The apartment is so spacious and super clean. I love that she is in a secure setting, with no entry without being buzzed in ! The staff is super friendly and there when you need them. Lisa, the apartment manager is awesome, making sure all your needs are met. Would definitely recommend these apartments !!

Great Location
The stability & comfort is priceless. I love living here, maintenance is fast & organized, for my situation, it took no longer than 12 hours. It’s very peaceful & the new model update is worth it. If you’re looking for a new home, you won’t be disappointed with Fountainview.
