The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for everyday living, so you can settle in with ease. Just across from Spider Lake’s popular island and sandbar, you’ll enjoy easy access to lake activities, while nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and scenic trails keep essentials and recreation close at hand. Rental Policy: - No pets, smoking, fireworks, events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. - Terms and fees may vary based on the length of stay. - Advertised terms are for the entire mid-term/off-season rental period. - $3,000 Refundable security deposit (1 month's rent plus $500 for any "deferred cleaning") - Cleaning fee $325. - Utilities are included up to $500 per month.
