Expect everything to be wrong here - many instances of pervasive MOLD - pool opening a year after it should have - building equipement noise. & dirt constant - and NOW no one is getting their DEPOSITS returned to tehm in a timely manner - the BUILD of virtuall every single unit is TERRIBLE including extreme base level appliances that break regularily, HEATING that stopped WORKING 4 TIMES IN THE WINTER - great folks managing on-site, but know that virtually every Rock/Morgan farms property SUCKS ... ... youve been warned
