Because it's Bedford schools they overprice the rent. The owner never wanted to fix anything. Had water leaking through ceiling and down wall from apartment above called owner he was out of town and he never sent someone to fix it, kept calling but never fixed. Had wet ceiling falling still never came to fix. When I started seeing black mold, I moved out. Neighbor upstairs was loud and would play music loud all hours of the day and night, yelling out the windows, setting fireworks off in parking... lot next to cars, floors and walls are thin, Could hear people fighting. Complained but owner never did anything about it. Old cabinets and sink parts stored by stairs. Washer and dryers hardly work so you have to spend extra to dry your clothes. Was cheaper to go to laundry mat.
