I give this complex 5 stars. From management, the office staff to the maintenance team everyone is so nice, helpful and respectful. So many amenities and they are always clean. The grounds are always so clean and well kept making it such a beautiful place to live.

Great apartment ,great location, great staff
I absolutely love living here. I would recommend this community to anyone! Crystal is the manager, and she is the best. During winter, the maintenance remove snow, they are very nice and helpful.

Amazing experience! Highly recommend
Amazing living experience! We just moved after spending two years building our dream home. We were worried about apartment living, but our townhouse was so quite and the community was safe. We loved walking and playing with our kids throughout the community. our neighbors were friendly. Having a garage was an absolute blessing. The office staff were always friendly and very helpful. We just received our security deposit back and the only charge was the final water bill. Such an amazing... experience that I was very nervous about in the beginning.

The Preserves is a great place to call home. I have lived here for 3 years and they just installed all new appliances for me. My kids love the property and how many of their friends live a short walk away. The staff is really friendly and always help with anything that needs attention. The maintenance team does a good job with any work orders you put in.
