This was the worst place I have ever lived. The list of problems is very long. They do not care about their residents/customers. They cut most of the trees down. They buried the pool. They turned the whole place into one big construction site with no warnings. Noise all day till night, nails, piles of metal junk, gravel, dirt, mud, a nightmare. They do as they please. Maintenance is mostly unskilled and cannot communicate with residents, no English. The manager says and does whatever she pleases... , not a nice person, makes stuff up. They do not care about people, just money. Apartments renovations are slapped together and not so great. If you have problems with things, you are labeled a complainer, they make it very difficult to talk to a person in person. In office but most times wouldn't answer the door, or phone. They labeled me and sent me an email telling me they were not going to renew my lease because I was a "daily" complainer, not true. I am thankful that nightmare is over. Just moved in last month no issues chill place. Staff nice everything online simple.

This place just went under new ownership. Granted they made a lot of renovations and remodeling, they took away the swimming pool, the fitness room and outdoor BBQs. We use to have storm/screen doors, but were removed after putting new keyless entry doors without peepholes. What once used to be a nice courtyard..now feels and looks like a prison yard. They could've at least put a playground in for the kids, after removing the pool.
