I’ve had a great experience living at Shelby Pointe Village Apartments. The community is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive whenever anything is needed. Experience
Shelby Pointe Village is my first experience living out on my own and it has been fantastic! I didn't originally plan on staying more than a year but that has definitely changed.

Wonderful place to live
Tracey the leasing agent is fantastic. She makes sure everything is to your liking and does a great job of management. The property is beautiful and we throughly enjoyed living here. I was very sad to leave.

Highly Recommend Shelby Pointe
Really enjoyed living at Shelby Pointe. Great management team. Very responsive on all issues from simple questions to maintenance items. Very nice amenities. Even scheduled food trucks during the warmer months. Great location with so many retailers and restaurants in the immediate area. Would highly recommend Shelby Pointe.

Great Place to Call Home
Called Shelby Pointe Village home for a couple of years and it was a great place to live. Located in a great location with access to many stores to meet any family's needs and with access to attend UCS. The front office was great and the maintenance team was one of the best I have experienced. The rent was a little high, but that seems to be inline with the economy and the area. The move in and move out process was great on both ends. Would recommend to friends and family.
