These apartments are by far the nicest ones around the ladies in the office are nice ,helpful and professional and our maintenance guys are top notch everything is fixed right quickly and the grounds are kept up beautifully I would definitely recommend these apartments to live in it don't get any better then these

I'm sure it's great but they dropped the ball. And put my friend in a huge disastrous bind.
A friend of mine who is a veteran and served 11 years in the United States army Applied for an apartment here and was approved. He Even got an approval letter From the apartment complex Asking him to Switch the utilities and his name and provide them with a confirmation number which he did immediately. . He purchased furniture set up movers and put all the utilities in his name, took time off work to move in and obtained the 2200 dollars in money orders to pay for deposit and first months rent.... Literally 17 hours ( and not exaggerated) before he was supposed to sign his lease they call him and tell him that he is $500 over the allowed income and cannot move in based on his last 6 months bank statement which he provided 6 days prior to move in. Now I understand that the rules are the rules but somebody dropped the ball here. Somebody didn't do their job properly. Now he is literally homeless because the room he was renting from a friend has already been rented out. They should have never sent him the approval letter and allowed him to make all the arrangements to move in until they were 100% sure that he qualified. What kind of Company treats a veteran like this? All they could do was say they were sorry which I'm sure they meant. But they have no idea of the inconvenience they have caused this man. Again 17 HOURS BEFORE MOVE IN????
