Niche Amadore Apartments is a beautiful, historic apartment building located in the popular Riverfront Saginaw area. We have undergone extensive renovations within the past two years upgrading many aspects of the building such as the common areas with new paint colors and new carpet, new heating and hot water service components, new roof and new energy efficient windows in every apartment, as well as a new laundry facility.
