Maintenance doesnt exist. Only time youll see them is when they kick someone out or have to shovel snow. Ive had a kitchen light and bathroom fan out for months. Have called multiple times but have given up. They allow tenants to sublease out their apartments. Dont be suprised if you have random people come and go within your building at 3am with the common entrance unlocked because of thist. Tenants here keep stray cats and dont care after them. Be prepared for the smell of cat urine when you... step into your building.

Horrible Customer Service
I made an appointment to view an apartment. (I had changed my appointment time to accommodate the manager's schedule, at her request.) The building was locked when I arrived, and no one answered my knock or ring. A worker came and unlocked the door. The manager was in her office and said she was not available. I thought I'd heard her incorrectly, so I said "I have a 1:00 appointment." She emphatically said that she was off the clock. I definitely won't go back - awful management company.
