Deceptive Advertising
We were ready to sign and hand over a deposit when we asked about one minor detail that turned into a red flag. Soon it was clear that few of the amenities listed on this site apply. Appears to be a blatant case of bait and switch.

Love it!
Spruce Creek is not only tucked in the heart of Portage, it is placed in a very private wooded area. Everyday I see all sorts of species outside my window. The apartment itself is very spacious. My unit has more than enough closet space as well as a window seat for my cats to look out of. I really enjoy that there is a secure door to each building that requires a key entry, it makes me feel very safe. I could not be happier here at this apartment and plan to stay here for a long time.
