I recently toured and was really impressed by the overall experience. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, providing all the details I needed. The amenities were well-maintained, and the apartment layout was spacious and modern. Overall, it seems like a great place to live, and I’m excited about the possibility of calling it home.

Current resident of 1 month and my largest recommendation would be to not live here. The leasing agent, Troy, has been nothing but unhelpful and condescending towards me as a young female resident. I had an earwig infestation they told me they could assist with only after two weeks or at my cost, and when I asked any questions he treated me like a child saying "I don't know how to explain this so it makes sense to you". I assumed my apartment would remain in a clean and healthy conditiln for the... expensive rent of a studio apartment, but apparently ear wigs in my towels and crawling up my drains is not considered in resident satisfaction.

This isn't the first issue, Troy neglected to send us move-in documentation, blamed me for the mistake, and then realized he was at fault. Management is uncaring and even though the complex itself seems decent enough, they don't care enough about their tenants to warrant living here. Read More

I lived here for almost 5 years with my small family and it was perfect for us. Mostly quiet, near everything, the pool and gym are great. I will definitely recommend to friends. You’re amazing Kim! ??

Timberwood Crossing is by far the best apartment community I have ever lived at. You can’t beat the location and the renovated apartments are really nice. My dog is a huge fan of the dog park but my personal favorite is the new fitness center. I have lived here for almost two years now and the upgrades to the community just keep getting better. The maintenance staff is awesome and always takes care of any requests right away, a couple weeks ago my Heat wasn’t working and it was fixed within the... hour. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that my emails are always responded to right away and the manager even called me personally to make sure my heat was working well after I had put in a request for it to be fixed. The one thing I didn't like when I first moved in was the old windows and sliders but those were replaced in the Spring and are now brand new. Close to everything. Walk, drive, take the bus. Shopping, entertainment, University, countryside, everything you could possibly want in an apartment. They take very good care of you. Everything is very neat and tidy. I feel very safe here. When there is a need, they take care of it for you. The rent price is comparable to the area. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. You can walk your dog at night and be safe. I've lived here four years.
