Prinwood’s place in Portage
I have lived in a three bedroom townhouse for over two years and I love the fact that we have a washer and dryer in the unit which makes it very convenient. I like the area and it’s close to the grocery stores and the highways which is great. Maintenance are very quick to respond and take care of things in a timely manner, which I appreciate. The ladies that work in the office are very nice and very helpful. I recommend the townhomes here. The only downside is the price for rent.

Best place to live
I’ve been wanting to move here for the past 12 years, I finally was able to.
Prinwood doesn’t disappoint. I love my townhouse with the hardwood floors, my own washer and dryer and patio.
The managers are very nice and understanding, and the maintenance guys are on top of fixes, repairs and upkeep. They do a great job.
It’s also a very quiet neighborhood, I love that even when people are outside they aren’t being loud and rowdy.
I love Prinwood!

Maintenance guys are very helpful and address concerns pretty quick. My only wish is that were more amenities here, like dog park, covered parking spaces, and updates to interior/appliances.

Good neighbors, friendly staff, lots of green space, having garage is nice for extra storage and hobbies. Quiet area too which is nice. Like being able to have 2 dogs here too
