Apartment was not cleaned upon arrival; had to do full deep clean. A/C unit barely works and the heating elements are supremely inefficient (expensive). Very few of the doors, drawers, and windows actually works as intended; most require significant force. The vent in the bathroom does nothing but make noise, maintenance just brushed it off as being an old building; this has lead to clear humidity and mold damage. There is no weatherproofing on the outside so you are at the mercy of the... temperature and bugs outside. In less than 11 months, the power has gone out 5-6 times; sometimes for days on end.
