Wow!!

I toured 28N and honestly fell in love…I didn’t want to leave. The building has such a cool mix of historic character and modern finishes, and everything feels bright, open, and thoughtfully designed. The marble lobby, checkered floors, grand stairs, and red crystal chandeliers are stunning, and the event venue looks like something straight out of a Gatsby movie.

What really stood out were the endless amenities. There’s a fitness area, lounge spaces, private offices, and great setups for...
working from home. The hangout areas are fantastic too, especially the room with the pool table, it actually feels like a place you want to spend time in, not just something for show.

I’m so excited to move in and be part of it. 28N feels like something totally different for downtown Pontiac, right in the heart of Oakland County. Definitely worth checking out.

Brand New and Beautiful

I just moved into 28N and I’m very happy with all of the amenities so far. The building has a lot of character but everything inside feels updated and clean, which I liked compared to a lot of newer places.

Location is a big plus being right in downtown Pontiac, easy to get around and there’s actually stuff nearby. Management has also been responsive anytime I’ve needed anything.

Overall, it feels like a well-done conversion and not your typical apartment complex. Definitely worth checking out...
.
