They are all electric units, 700 square feet with carpet and... tile kitchen/bath. Tenants pay for their electric bill and the complex pays for water, trash and sewer. There is no natural gas in buildings and heat is electric. We have a newly refurbished apartment with upgraded bathroom and kitchen and new carpet. The apartment rent for this unit is $1,100.00 per month. It will be ready approximately 04-01-26. There is a $35.00 TRW credit check fee when submitting an application. If approved there is a $125.00 move in fee, pro-rated rent for current month and one month security deposit. If interested or if you have further questions, please email or call Mike Downey, the resident manager. Office hours are M-F 9am to 5pm. Saturday appointments are available if needed. Orion Township has great schools, recreational activities and is close to shopping and great dinning possibilities.
