I've live here for over a year now with my family and the area is very nice, but the walls are thins so unless you have the tv turned up you can hear your neighbors arguing though the walls. In our apartment on the second floor, the floor creaks whenever your walking around in the hallways or bedrooms. You can feel the wind coming though the windows from over a foot away!! our first heating bill during the winter was over $570.00!!! i called the office about this and all they said was too bad...... .. they have a very nice pool and gym even though half the machines are broken in the gym.... overall they aren't too expensive and the area is great but ,the apartments themselves are terrible.

Reserve apartments
Awesome place to live, close to Meijer, the mall and several other stores. Also on a bus line.
Includes, washer/dryer, central air , dishwasher and more I simply adore living here.
