In unit washer & dryer along with having my own entry door is the best. Friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood.

Great place
I lived at Park Terrace for a year and a half. I loved it except for the heavy footed people above me. I left because the rent went up but other than that it was a great place to live. I think I would try and go back if I could get a first floor 1bedroom.
