inconsiderate management, no guarantee parking, homeless people hanging outside the building, hallways smell of marijuana, old appliances, stained carpet in hallways, warped cabinets, rusty dishwasher, weak water pressure.. i could go on and on. do a walk through before signing up, because once you do you're stuck.. tried buying out our lease and they wouldn't let us.

All of the staff have been incredibly friendly and kind. The Amazon building is stunning and every apartment is unique, I love the tall ceilings, big windows, and the gorgeous brick walls. I also love the gym that they have in the building it’s so convenient! The community is super friendly,and it’s such a fun place to live.

The staff here are very personable, helpful and friendly. Love the atmosphere of the apartments, what great history to live in. So close to so much activity around town. Love it here!!

From the initial tour to signing the lease, the process was great. Moving from over two hours away, we had several questions and the office staff was always helpful and accommodating. The views from our apartment are wonderful and the location downtown is awesome.

We just signed a lease here and the process could not have been easier. Management was wonderful and attentive. I truly enjoyed working with Nicole, she was so helpful!
