Worst 7 months of my life. Bought all new furniture when moving in, maintenance was diligent and came whenever needed which was great. Moved in Jan of 26, noticed bed bugs in April of 26 and had to deal with tons of “I’m so sorry oh noooo we didn’t know” and other excuses. Multiple neighbors mentioned having issues with them as well, as it turned out the entire building was infested, apartments were being treated on a “if necessary” basis and the problem cycled over and over. Lived out of trash... bags for three months until finally being “cleared” of bed bugs and the same day I was cleared, the company they hired to treat my apartment left my door wide open. Could not put up with any more of their negligence and finally got out this month. Do not rent here unless you want to have to throw away all of your furniture and cloth items and then not be reimbursed,

Great Place to live
I moved here 1 year ago, and I am so happy I chose this place. I feel safe here especially coming home from work at night. The staff here is the Best! They are always doing something special for the tenants, and the community. Apartments are very roomy, and clean. The girls in the office are very friendly, and go above and beyond for us. The maintenance staff does a great job. I am so excited to sign my new lease for another year .

Roaches
They have ROACHES there are roaches everywhere. They are infested nothing they can't get rid of them. Run way from these apartments

Great place to call home!
We have lived in this complex for about 13 years now and we love it. Excellent and friendly staff, beautiful apartments, very well cared for. We plan on staying for many more years!

My home ??
Me and my brother moved 2 Monroe back in 2017 and i had know idea how it was going 2 turn out but let me jus say it was 1 of the best decision i made for us Greg Doug Jason and of course Tara u guys make this place feel like home thanks.
