Love my place so much love being by the water and me and my dog love dog park and love love Jane from the office always always willing to help .

Pros:
-The landlord is nice.
-The view is great.
-The animals are absolutely gorgeous to watch, I've even had a few hummingbirds come up to my birdfeeders. Squirrels are friendly and lots of big rabbits in the summer.
but I'm looking to move out as soon as my lease is up.

Cons:
-Neighbors are very nosy and extremely loud and disrespectful. -They constantly blare music like its some kind of night club and throw their trash all over the property.
-People don't pick up after their pets, and there... are a lot of stray cats.
-The lawn maintenance is really bad. They do not whip the inside of the patio's and they cut the grass at ungodly hours.
-Infested with bugs. Noticed an ant problem when I had first moved in. Then the spiders came, and then those stupid house centipedes (massive too). If you can handle them cool, but I personally can't.
-They don't have dishwashers here, so you gotta be on top of those dishes or your gonna get those nats or fruitflies, whichever theyre called.

I regret moving here. It's noisy every morning. There's no hot water, despite there being a fee for it. And it's really expensive for what it is.

The apartments are in a nice area except they are out dated for the price. The first night Wes standout stove didn't work. I called the office they sent maintenance on Monday, got off of work and only two of four burners worked and they said it was fixed. Called them again came bac home they all still didn't work after the third time they finally all worked except for two don't work on high. Under our sink had a prior leak and the cupboard floor was falling in, all they did to fix it was put a... board in. We have a hole in the wall of our laundry room. All in all it's a decent area to stay but I shouldn't be paying 570$ for what the apartment is. There is very little counter space as well as cupboard space. The walls aren't even painted they are wall papered. People don't have assigned parking spots so there is times there is no where to park when I get off of work, some tenants own two cars and there is only one driver so they take up multiple spots. It's a nice area but if I had better credit I could get a house for what I pay here. Read More
