What do you wanna know? The fact that 16 apartments are expected to share 2 laundry machine sets? Those are nearly $5/load btw. Or the rampant squirrel problem? The insect infestations that happen yearly(ants, gnats, fruit flies, flying ants, red ants, etc.)? No security on site so one time half the complex lost their catalytic converters? Or the other time half the license plates were stolen? The apartments are 90°F in the winter too and 80° in the summer. Packages are constantly stolen. Last I... heard from the office was when I called their emergency line, who told them to shut it off for the on call to tell me they couldn't because it was dropping down to 40° the next week. This place is horrible if you have chronic issues, this isn't even mentioning the lighting of the place at night is non existent. The place is severely outdated, cabinets are falling apart, the doors aren't screwed in correctly, nothing is level, studs don't seem to even be consistent. When I move out, I am going to pop champagne to celebrate that I'm out of this hellhole.

Amazing place and staff!
I've lived here for 5 years with my 2 little ones and I have had nothing but the best and safe experience! All the staff is so nice and take care of any work orders that I call in! We also enjoy the summer in a beautiful pool as soon as it opens! There is also cute little park right by our building where my kids enjoy walking to and having fun there. And just the other day my AC stopped working. Maintenance came the same to check it and saw that it can't be repaired so they ordered me a new AC... unit and installed it as soon as it arrived. The new AC is beautiful and works so amazing!! Like I said its been nothing but awesome time and experience living here and I look forward to many more years!

Park Place Madison
hi, my name is Hoan. I have just moved in my apartment for a week and I really love it. The apartment is comfortable and clean.
