Great Place to Live!

Merriman Woods is the first place I chose to live away from the home I grew up in. I moved in 2020 and they were very accomodating. Compared to apartments in Livonia, they are affordable. Social events at the sibling complex Canterbury Park are also super fun, especially the ones with karaoke and meals from a local small business. Maintenance staff respond quickly and staff are very friendly. Hope to be able to attend more events in near future now that there is more sunshine!

Great place to live! - Farah and Seamus Allen

My husband and I really find this apartment great. Our bedroom is huge, great size walk in closet, spacious living room, lots of light, kitchen great size, big windows, and close to everything!

Do not come here!

I live upstairs and my DTE bill was $266, this month (July). They raised my rent $30 last year and $40 this year (2015), too expensive! You have to pay for sewage, trash, insurance. Renters are usually gone after the first year, because it is expensive too live here!
