Honestly I never felt so comfortable it’s pretty quiet affordable place to live in you next to everything from groceries stores to restaurants maintenance is very quick with it comes to repairs in your home and the schools are amazing me and my son love it here !

I have lived here for a few years now in a newly remodeled unit. I absolutely love the area and being close to everything! Yet it's very quiet, as you are at a dead end and not alot of traffic. I've never had a maintenance issue, bug issue etc. but I do see maintenance out frequently always re doing something to keep it nice and updated! Our common areas / hallways are always kept nice and clean as they are remodeled too. Lawn/Snow is also always done quickly. These owners/management actually... care! I live in a basement unit that flooded right when I was going to move in. They claimed the flood damage had been repaired, but the unit is still dank. And it flooded again last week. The unit is also unsafe. They painted my windows shut and I saw an unhoused person sleeping in the laundry room.

The worst flats to live in are these ones! They shouldn't have a star, but they do have bugs! I just gave them one because they wouldn't let me leave a remark without selecting one!
