Unless your options are between skyvue and being entirely homeless, I wouldn’t recommend living here. The “trash chutes” are a joke. They’re never cleaned out. Your apartment will be accessed improperly with no notice, and management will be unprofessional and rude when you bring it up. The managers will reply to the negative reviews so those viewing it think the issues are fixed, but don’t fall for it. It is loud constantly, so put away money for hotel rooms before important exams. We took more than a couple tours around the place and found everything amazing. The room looks spacious, kitchen and living room look brand new, amenities are modern, and bathroom has good room.

Has been an overall great experience. Trash management has been awkward but the staff has been kind and helpful. Can not complain about the living quality whatsoever.

This apartment is a nice apartment. Recently we did have problems with mice which was gross. Also, the trash situation has been very frustrating, as I feel the trash room should be suitable for all residents to use on their level and should be able to be kept up with. The trash was not cleaned for 2 to 3 months it seemed.
