Management is on-site five days a week from 10am to 3pm except Wednesdays when they're "training" and it's a burden for you to attempt to do your business with them. Amenities include broken poches, trash on top of every car port, glass in the parking lots, and of course, trash in every yard too. And we hope you like kids, as there are LOTS of kids and teenagers running around with absolutely ZERO adult supervision being allowed to trash the property. Loud neighbors are abundant, and the "coin... operated laundry" is locked half the time.

The management staff is absolutely uncaring. Maintenance is incredibly prompt- if prompt means taking 3 years to fix simple issues like windows that don't work or a door that won't properly stay closed without locking it. Bottom line. STAY AWAY!!! Read More

Over a year of living here I've had my a/c break multiple times (even one day after it was supposedly fixed), my freezer has broken, my garbage disposal has cracked, electrical problems and they even left my refrigerator broken for a whole week!!!!
Maintenance is very slow when it comes to fixing things and also very rude. Once maintenance finally came to look at my refrigerator, they left my doors unlocked while I was gone. I could've lost everything I own because of their negligence. They... don't care about their tenants living comfortably here at Edgewood villas.

They have nice housing and have nice people at the office

I love living at Edgewood Villas. The townhomes are very nice, spacious and the rent is reasonable. You can have your pet and there's no restrictions on breed, if you have a dog. The landlord is very nice and reasonable. If something is broken, they put the fix it request in right away. The townhomes are right on the bus line and close to shops and restaurants. There's some interesting wildlife here too! :)
