Avoid living here — it’s a nightmare. Since the new property manager took over, the situation has gotten even worse. She shows no concern for residents and only responds when it’s about lease renewals. The building is incredibly noisy — people throw parties all night or move furniture after midnight — and management does nothing about it. Avoid living here. It gets extremely cold in the winter, and they charge hefty fees for parking and electricity—more than a hundred dollars—without disclosing these costs before you sign the lease. The management team is the worst I've ever dealt with. After paying my rent, they switched to a new portal and then showed that I hadn't paid. Great apartment to live in. It is more expensive here but the views here are very unique and you get plenty of natural lighting. Have not found another apartment with similar floor to ceiling windows.

This is honestly the first place that has ever felt like home to me and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and lovely place to live

The staff is great and east to work with. THe amenities they already have are wonderful and I am looking forward to new ones soon. Quite and clean community
