I rolled the dice by moving in here without knowing anyone else who lived here and with very few reviews online, but I am SO glad I did! This community is so respectful. Heather, the property leasing manager, is amazing. She is very responsive and always looking for ways to improve our experience. Maintenance should get a gold star for how quickly they come out and take care of things. Anytime I submit a request I usually have someone out fixing the issue in less than 24 hours. Our townhome was... also freshly painted and actually clean when we moved in, this can be a rare commodity at other properties who claim they clean after each tenant moves out but clearly don't. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this place, and we are so happy that we decided to sign a 2 year lease.
