Horrible management

Living here has been consistently frustrating because of the poor management. Communication is slow, inconsistent, and often dismissive. Important questions go unanswered for days or weeks, and when responses finally come, they’re vague or unhelpful. Any issue that requires follow-through—maintenance, paperwork, or basic clarity—turns into a long, exhausting process.

Management also struggles with organization. Policies change without proper notice, information is rarely provided in writing,...
and residents are often left guessing about next steps. Instead of offering solutions, staff frequently deflect responsibility or give conflicting instructions, which creates unnecessary stress for tenants who are just trying to follow the rules.

Overall, the lack of professionalism and reliability makes it hard to feel supported or valued as a resident. I hope they take steps to improve communication, transparency, and accountability, because the current management approach is far below what renters should expect. On top of this you absolutely get what you pay for, extremely outdated and nasty apartments.

I have been living here going on three years.
My experiences have been positive.
The staff is always helpful.
Maintenance is quick to check out problems.
I'm not a college student, I am a senior.
It's a nice place to be.

You get what you pay for!!!!

Please don't let your children live here! They advertise as student living but will lease to "anyone who qualifies". Believe the negative reviews, this is a horrible place to live. The amazing pictures on social media & perfect model unit are not the reality you move into. I wish we did more homework before signing a lease for my daughter. Positive reviews are "encouraged" for a chance to win gift cards. It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Sending our kids off to college is... stressful enough and dealing with poor mgmt & a run down property makes it that much harder.

She is now in a clean, secure property with respectful mgmt & staff.

It’s not exceptional.

This place is not the ideal place to live. Not enough maintenance crew, my light hadn’t worked since I’ve moved in and I was forced to use a lamp for months. When they finally came they didn’t have the part. Had to wait another month. When the month went, they came and didn’t know how to fix it. Upon moving in, there were dog stains on the floor, it smelled of dog in the entire room. In which made my dog who is ultra trained(paid for training) urinate in the spot marking the territory. Now I... have to worry about paying 200+ fine for something that isn’t my fault. Bathroom was completely dirty. Old toilet bowl brushes left and toilet paper from last resident. Bathtub was oh so dirty and toilet was as well. After a long long drive had to ask my roommate to use her restroom because I wasn’t comfortable using my own!! Staff is very friendly though.

Exorbitant fees at lease end

The apartments were not clean to start with (we had to clean for hours and found previous renter underwear in the dresser) and the furniture was in very poor conditions. At the end of the lease they charged us over $1200 in cleaning and furniture repair fees, including $700 for a couch that could not be worth more than $200
