After being here for a second year, everything has gone well. The pool was very nice over the summer, outside was kept clean, and maintenance handled our requests well. Overall, I would recommend this place for other students to live.

I like the overall of my apartment, it is nice & homey but there are many small things that make me want to switch apartments at the least. My room & bathroom had mold on the vents/ceilings & my room was minimally cleaned.

Overall, the accommodations are nice, and the pool and gym are great amenities. However, maintenance is a major concern. Waiting long periods for essential repairs like A/C units during the hottest days of summer is frustrating and unacceptable. Equally concerning is the rent structure, where renewing tenants face increases while new tenants get lower rates for the same units. This feels unfair and undervalues loyal residents. I hope these issues are addressed for the benefit of current and... future tenants, as timely maintenance and fair pricing would greatly improve the living experience.
