Overall, living at The Tate on Howard, I have had a pleasant experience. Our neighbors are a bit loud but that is to be expected in a college apartment. The amenities are great besides our tv being old and out of service. But maintenance is very communicative in telling us when we are getting a new one. Maintenance can be slow but it is to be expected when everyone moves in. The pool and club house is amazing and a great touch to the apartment living. Hoping that the Tate will become a gated... community to help with safety and comfort in living. Overall, I would highly recommend living here.

This is a decent place to live. It could stand to had update in interior finishes but it is a good place to live that is close to campus. Ideal for anyone who wants to walk to campus.

You definitely get what you pay for at these apartments. For the price they aren’t bad. The locks on the buildings can be unlocked with your phone which is fairly convenient

Beautiful property -- deeply dubious management and policies. Management has changed twice in the year I've been here, and very little has been communicated to each other or to us, to the resident's detriment. They also absolutely need more maintenance people! There are only maybe 2 people caring for the entire property, and they are overworked and buried in requests!
