Very middle of the pack. To be honest I am ready to move out. The old management made me felt cared for where this new management makes me feel like a customer more than a resident.

Overall, it has been great living at the Tate on Howard. Some of the benefits are the commodities and affordable renting, as well as convenient location.

The Tate is an welcoming community, but it does have its faults.
One major issue I have had recently is the delivery system. Packages seem to not be arriving to the office, even though delivery drivers say they left it with a staff member. Days later I receive an email that I have a package. I could assume they've had it the whole time but lost it with so many packages arriving.

Its been a really good complex with a very helpful staff and a good location overall near alot including campus. I havehad no issues while loving here and have enjoyed it alot

The apartment building is very nice and so are all of the staff! I appreciate how the maintenance has been quicker this year! The only thing I am bummed about is the lack of benefits for releasing. I feel like I didn't get a lot of money off compared to others even though I resigned for the 3rd time. Plus the 80$ utility payment next year is not my favorite!
