i have lived here for a year & it is awful. it’s rundown and apartment is VERY outdated, neighbors are loud and annoying, office staff are terrible. the price you pay is no where near worth it. definitely would NOT recommend

No heat
While I acknowledge that the apartment complex is large and the staff has many residents to attend to, my heat hasn’t worked for 3 days. When I talked to maintenance they told me they didn’t have time to fix it that day but would get to it eventually… last time I checked no heat was emergency maintenance.

Nope!
Very basic and out dated. Everything is falling apart. The playground is over grown with weeds. Trash and dog poop everywhere. The garages are all banged up and missing shingles. Neighbors are very loud and are gross dirty slobs. This place is a rip off

love it here
This place is awesome on so many levels Great layouts and the views of the well kept grounds can't be beat. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, maintenance is always timely and thorough and they do events for families and kids that are really fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the holland area.

Fine for short term
Clearview is a nice place for the most part, the apartments are pretty big, but also very pricey. I mostly chose it for the in apartment amenities like washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, and walk-in closets. The leasing staff and the maintenance staff are very fast and nice which was a plus. Upon getting into my ground level apartment I was met with spider webs in every possible place they could be, and the entirety of living there I saw around 5 spiders every week. The appliances are old which... is fine, but not fine when you can hardly hear the TV when the AC or dishwasher are on. I couldn’t hear my neighbors next to me at all but I could hear most footsteps, and every flush of the toilet of the people above me. I didn’t hate it but I sure wasn’t sad to leave.
