I am nearing the end of my 12-month lease and have decided not to renew due to several ongoing issues.

The biggest concern has been the air conditioning. My A/C runs almost continuously and still struggles to keep my small apartment at 74 degrees. Maintenance visited multiple times and advised that the system was operating normally, but the airflow from the vents is extremely weak and the issue was never resolved.

I've also dealt with a persistent gnat infestation that required me to keep... multiple apple cider vinegar traps throughout my apartment.

Another issue was a neighboring dog that barked for 3-4 hours at a time on a regular basis for approximately three months. When I reported the issue, I was advised that I could contact Ottawa County Animal Control's non-emergency line if I wished to pursue the matter further.

In addition, many residents do not pick up after their dogs, and pet waste throughout the community has been an ongoing frustration.

Unfortunately, the combination of these issues made my living experience disappointing enough that I chose to provide notice and move elsewhere. Read More

i have lived here for a year & it is awful. it’s rundown and apartment is VERY outdated, neighbors are loud and annoying, office staff are terrible. the price you pay is no where near worth it. definitely would NOT recommend

While I acknowledge that the apartment complex is large and the staff has many residents to attend to, my heat hasn’t worked for 3 days. When I talked to maintenance they told me they didn’t have time to fix it that day but would get to it eventually… last time I checked no heat was emergency maintenance.

Very basic and out dated. Everything is falling apart. The playground is over grown with weeds. Trash and dog poop everywhere. The garages are all banged up and missing shingles. Neighbors are very loud and are gross dirty slobs. This place is a rip off

This place is awesome on so many levels
Great layouts and the views of the well kept grounds can't be beat. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, maintenance is always timely and thorough and they do events for families and kids that are really fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the holland area.
