I recently moved into Black River Flats and couldn't be happier. Liz, the leasing agent, made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions patiently. The community is well-maintained and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Unable to use our bathroom sink for a month because they won’t take the complaint seriously. Still not fixed despited repeated calls and emails. Had gas smell probably 4 different times before they finally fixed it. Did not receive mail for 3 months after moving here because mail box wasn’t set up correctly.

BVW as a company is very untrustworthy and has 0 transparency. They make false claim/accusation and post the letter that says the tenants are in violation of the lease agreement and will be evicted with no factual evidence. Also the construction crew leaves behind their trash everywhere, flying in the grass and parking lot.
