Thank you for your interest in Tyden Lofts! We are an income qualifying property meaning the gross annual income based on household size determines the unit an applicant may qualify for. Rental rates are set for each unit. There is an income "window" for each rental amount, for example - one bedroom renting for $1125; person in household with gross annual income between $36,300 and 43,560 would qualify. Lease term is 12 months. One bedroom units range from $542 up to $1350; two bedroom rents for either $861 or $1125 and three-bedroom units are $1750. Monthly rent includes water/sewer, trash and heat for hot water. Tenant is pays for Consumers Energy, gas and electric. The security deposit is $500, an additional pet deposit of 250 and $25 per month per pet up to two pets per unit. There is in unit laundry for $35 a month and available garage parking for $30 a month as well as a fitness center. A completed pre-application is needed to be added to any wait list.
