The rent of this place is definitely overrated. It has bugs and ants inside of the apartments. The electricity bill is extremely high, like more than $200 for a small 1B.

The College Oasis at Bension Hills
Though, a little further then most apartments near Michigan State University, Transpo Stations reside on all sides making daily commute easy. Being one block away from Lake Lansing Park leaves our pool frequently private due to all the daily activities available on the lake. The apartments are in great condition and play grounds are currently under renovations, making this a perfect home for all ages.
