Rent is $475/month with all utilities (heat, water, trash, wifi, etc.) included.... Dishwasher and laundry are available on site. I handle lawn care and snow removal. Off street parking space is available. Lease length will only be month to month. The bedroom and common areas are furnished, but you’re welcome to bring additional stuff if needed. The house is located in KI Sawyer, about a 25-minute drive to Marquette or 10 minutes to Gwinn. There are lots of trails and lakes nearby for recreation.
