Is the Resident Benefits Package required? No. It's optional at $27.45/month and covers pest control, resident rewards, ID protection, utility setup assistance, credit building, and one waived late fee per year.
Do you accept Section 8 or other housing assistance? Yes. Voucher applicants are reviewed under the same criteria, with the income requirement measured against the portion of rent you pay.
