I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex! The amenities are fantastic, the interiors are modern and beautiful, and the community is always well maintained. One thing I really appreciate is how quickly the maintenance team responds—any requests I've submitted have been handled promptly and professionally.

The property is very good, very nice, and beautiful

New ownership, immediately removes the manager who everybody loved, the entire maintenance team quit, the courtyard is covered in weeds and dirt. The gate is still not working, my dryer has been broken for weeks and the new team has just ignored everything.

Very poor management! A new management call LR management who has a 2.4 ?? rating on Google has taken over and has kept up to there reputation. The irrigation system has been broken for two years, the grass is all dead, they don’t clear garbage bins including the dog waste containers, paint is coming off every door in the complex, non of the fobs to the gates work, the main gates don’t work at all. I could keep going but I think you get the point. Don’t rent here unless you want a headache and... never get anything resolved.
