I have been here for a little over 2 months and i love it. Its spacious, quiet and all of my work orders are done promptly. The only small hiccup is finding a parking space sometimes

I cant say enough about how large my apartment is! After being here 1 month, I can honestly say....if there is a maintenance need, it will be taken care of in a very quick manner. A few occasions I put a request in while I was at work. Completed b4 I returned home from work. I would've liked to have a W/D in my apartment, but it didnt work out that way. But im on the ground floor with 3 patios! I think I will be okay . The amount of constant light in my apartment, makes it so relaxing. I... mentioned nothing about the rent. We submitted a work order on Monday. Immediately they called us and said the parts were ordered and should be here by Friday. The parts actually got here a day earlier. Maintenance was busy and had other things scheduled already so the manager herself came out of the office to fix it for us!!!! Love that they got it done earlier than we thought!

This is an awesome place to live. The staff and maintenance are great. I have been here over 15 years now. Close to shopping and mall and restaurant.

I’ve lived here for a few years now and I love my actual apartment, it’s really big and spacious and you can’t find anything this size for the amount you pay anywhere else. However, the actual building is run down, barely maintained, cleaned rarely, and communication with management is very poor. Rarely do you get a response, there isn’t enough cleaning or maintenance staff to keep up with the large property.
